我国铁路技术政策明确指出:“积极进行铁路牵引动力的改革,采用牵引性能更好、热效率更高的电力、内燃机车逐步取代蒸汽机车。电力机车担负运量的比重要逐步增加。”“根据我国能源资源情况,铁路牵引动力应以电力牵引为主,这是一个长远的方针。”近年来,我国电气化铁路建设和电力机车制造事业有了较大发展。我国第一条电气化铁路于1961年8月15日建成通车,到1983年1月止,全国已建成通车的单线电气化铁路有宝成线(宝鸡至成
China’s railway technology policy clearly stated: “The reform of the railway traction power is actively carried out, and electric and diesel locomotives with better traction performance and higher thermal efficiency are gradually replacing steam locomotives. The ratio of electric locomotives carrying capacity is gradually increasing.” In terms of energy resources, the traction power of railways should be dominated by electric traction. This is a long-term policy. In recent years, China’s electrified railway construction and electric locomotive manufacturing have made great progress. The first electrified railway in China was completed and opened to traffic on August 15, 1961. By January 1983, the single-track electrified railway that had been completed and opened to traffic throughout the country had a Baocheng line (Baoji Chengcheng).
