在加工类似图1零件内孔时,由于没有多轴铰孔设备,只好单孔加工这样生产效率低,产品质量不稳定。为了改变落后生产现状,我们在C618车床上附设了一套三工位多轴铰孔工具如图2。这样,一次可同时加工12个零件(分粗铰、半精铰、精铰三组)。不但产品质量稳定,而且大大提高了生产效率。一、夹具结构及传动原理夹具结构见图2。主要由铰刀传动支承座(图2a)和零件装夹回转座(图2b)组成。使用时把装有粗铰、半精铰、精铰的三组铰刀(12根)的传动支承座固定在车床导轨面上。
In the processing of parts like the hole in Figure 1, because there is no multi-axis reaming equipment, but a single hole machining so that the production efficiency is low, the product quality is not stable.
