CD-3400系合成的萝芙碱衍生物,具有降血压作用,是一种副作用小的新药,化学名为18-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基肉桂酰基)利血酸甲酯。结构式本品毒性小,降血压作用与利血胺相同;对中枢抑制和溃疡形成作用均较利血胺小,而与新洛哥平相同。同时,不具有利血平的抑郁、嗜睡、乏力等各种副作用。仅1例有胃部不适感,继续服药,症状消失。血常规、血液生化学、尿检等20项临床检验,未发现异常。
CD-3400 is a synthetic rofecine derivative with a hypotensive effect. It is a new drug with little side-effect. Its chemical name is 18- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamoyl) methyl isothiocyanate. Structural toxicity of this product is small, the same antihypertensive effect and the same blood lysine; central inhibitory and ulcerative effects are smaller than the small, but with the new Losaguan same. At the same time, there is no side effects of reserpine depression, lethargy, fatigue and other. Only one case of stomach discomfort, continue medication, the symptoms disappear.
