目的优化肉毒梭菌培养液的澄清过滤工艺,并对过滤效果进行验证。方法选择不同型号的过滤器组合对A型肉毒梭菌培养液进行一级、二级澄清过滤,筛选最佳过滤器组合;用最佳过滤器组合对扩大培养批量的A、B、E、F型肉毒梭菌培养液进行澄清过滤。结果 P700K+50P过滤器组合对A型肉毒梭菌培养液进行一级、二级澄清过滤的效果最佳;用该过滤器组合对扩大培养批量的A、B、E、F型肉毒梭菌培养液进行澄清过滤,各型均可达到预期的试验目标。结论筛选出P700K+50P为A、B、E、F型肉毒梭菌培养液澄清过滤的最佳过滤器组合,为肉毒梭菌培养液澄清过滤工艺的进一步优化提供了实验依据。
Objective To optimize the process of clarification and filtration of Clostridium botulinum culture and verify the filtration effect. Methods The filter combinations of different types were selected to classify Clostridium botulinum type A by the first and second clarification filters to screen the best filter combination. The best filter combinations were used to expand the batch sizes of A, B, E, F Clostridium botulinum culture broth was clarified and filtered. Results P700K + 50P filter combination of Clostridium botulinum type A culture broth for the first and second clarification filter effect best; with the filter combination to expand the culture batch A, B, E, F botulinum Culture broth clarification filter, each type can reach the expected test objectives. Conclusion The optimal filter combination of P700K + 50P for the clarification and filtration of Clostridium botulinum strains A, B, E and F was screened, which provided an experimental basis for the further optimization of clarification and filtration of Clostridium botulinum culture.
