针对现有捣固装置捣固镐振幅不可调及捣固臂工作不独立而造成装置维修不便等问题,提出一种新型捣固装置,该装置采用16套液压激振机构分别激振16对捣固镐,各捣固臂工作相互独立。对捣固臂机构进行受力分析,并且基于虚拟样机技术及仿真软件平台Pro/E,创建装置模型,进行仿真研究。研究表明:捣固镐振幅和频率随液压缸行程和运动频率的改变而改变,当选取液压缸行程为4mm和8mm时,捣固镐振幅在4.38mm和7.80mm左右,频率在0~100Hz范围内。新型捣固装置实现了捣固镐振幅和频率的灵活调节。
Aiming at the problems that the existing tamping device tamping pick is not adjustable in amplitude and the tamping arm work is not independent and inconvenient to maintain the device, a new tamping device is proposed. The device uses 16 sets of hydraulic excitation mechanism to excite 16 pairs of tamping Solid ho, the tamping arm work independently of each other. Based on the virtual prototyping technology and the simulation software platform Pro / E, the mechanical model of tamping arm mechanism was established and the simulation research was carried out. The results show that the amplitude and frequency of tamping pick change with the change of stroke and movement frequency of hydraulic cylinder. When the stroke of hydraulic cylinder is selected as 4mm and 8mm, the amplitude of tamping picks is about 4.38mm and 7.80mm, and the frequency is in the range of 0 ~ 100Hz Inside.
