2006年8月18日至20日,民政部在吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州召开了“全国流浪未成年人救助保护机构项目建设规划审核论证会”,来自10余个省份民政厅(局)的业务主管处长、财务处长和流浪末成年人救助保护中心主任共计50余人参加了会议,国家发展改革委、吉林省发展改革委的有关同志也应邀参会。会议期问,各地代表认真审议讨论了《全国流浪未成年人救助保护机构建设总体规划(征求意见稿))》,认为规划意见科学严谨,切实可行。国家发展改革委的同志也就规划编写工作提出了指导性意见。民政部社会福利和社会事务司张明亮司长做了重要讲话。
