本文介绍了一种以8031单片机为核心的、宽频域、高精度智能频率计,它克服了一般数字频率计在低频段精度不高的缺点,在整个测量范围内(10~(-8)Hz~100MHz),理论误差不超过0.004%。由于采用了频率分段技术,自动实现频段之间的转换,从而响应速度较快。电路仅用少量集成块构成,容易实现。最后对测量误差作了理论分析。
