目的针对某皮革企业发生的二甲基甲酰胺中毒事故,提出合理的通风系统改造办法,完善通风排毒效果。方法采用现场调研分析方法,测定整改前后作业场所空气中有毒有害物质浓度及罩口风速。结果整改后作业场所空气中有害物质浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准,罩口风速明显增加,均在1 m/s以上。结论整改后的通风排毒系统对作业场所空气中有毒有害因素的控制起到关键性作用。
Aim To solve the problem of dimethylformamide poisoning in a leather enterprise, put forward a reasonable ventilation system reformation method and improve the ventilation detoxification effect. Methods The methods of on-site investigation and analysis were used to determine the concentrations of toxic and hazardous substances in the air at the work place before and after rectification and the wind speed at the hood mouth. Results After rectification, the concentrations of harmful substances in the air of the workplace were all in line with the national occupational health standards. The wind speed of the hood was obviously increased, all above 1 m / s. Conclusion The rectified ventilation and detoxification system plays a key role in controlling the toxic and harmful elements in the workplace air.
