成功应用机器人技术是提升工程机械和装备科技含量的重要途径。基于工程施工领域的特殊性和推行现代化施工设备的必要性,介绍机器人在隧道施工、井巷开拓和港口码头等工程机械领域中的应用特点,并就机器人并联机构的各种基本构型、精度及动态测量、机器人工作空间以及控制系统和控制策略等工程机械中机器人发展的关键技术进行分析和探讨。指出这一领域的发展方向、目前的进展、取得的成果和存在的问题,为工程界对该课题的研究提供了有价值的参考意见。
The successful application of robotics is an important way to enhance the scientific and technological content of construction machinery and equipment. Based on the particularity of engineering construction and the necessity of implementing modern construction equipment, this paper introduces the application characteristics of robots in the field of construction of tunnels, open-pit roads and harbor terminals, and introduces various basic configurations and precision of robot parallel mechanisms And the key technologies of robotics such as dynamic measurement, working space of robot and control system and control strategy are analyzed and discussed. Pointing out the development direction, the current progress, the achievements and the existing problems in this area, it provides valuable reference for the engineering research on the subject.
