On December 21, 2011, Anhui Water Conservancy Society and Anhui Provincial Department of Water Resources successfully held the 2011 Annual Meeting of Association for Science and Technology in Anhui Province and the Seventh Anhui Water Conservancy Forum in Hefei. The theme of this forum is: Theory and Practice of Water Conservancy Reform and Development in Anhui Province. Ji Bing, director of Anhui Water Conservancy Society and secretary of the party group and director of the Provincial Department of Water Conservancy, attended the opening ceremony.
