评课“七性”

教研员认真、扎实而富有实效的评课,是促进教师教学教研能力提高的重要途径。笔者从事教研工作十余年,从中认识到评课具有如下特点。 准确性 教研员评课的准确性,主要体现在两方面,一是紧扣教学内容的准确性。由于课堂教学是一个动态过程,教师在讲课时难免有不准确之处。教研员评课时就要一针见血地指出来,并提出相应的改进意见,以使教师的教学趋于规范、准确。二是教研员评课的语言恰当准确。其准确性包括:对教师的教 The serious, solid, and practical evaluation of the teaching and research staff is an important way to promote teachers’ teaching and research ability. The author engaged in teaching and research work for more than ten years, from which I realized that class assessment has the following characteristics. Accuracy The accuracy of the teaching and research staff’s assessment is mainly reflected in two aspects. The first is the accuracy of the teaching content. As classroom teaching is a dynamic process, teachers are inevitably inaccurate in their lectures. Teachers and teachers must point out the right points in the course of class evaluation, and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement so that teachers’ teaching tends to be standardized and accurate.
