[目的]探索仁用杏叶片提取液对8种杂草的抑制效果。[方法]采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了仁用杏叶片提取液对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的化感综合效应。[结果]仁用杏叶片提取液对禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草均有一定抑制作用,随着提取液质量浓度升高,对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用逐渐增大,对根长的抑制作用大于种子萌发率、苗高和鲜质量指标。提取液质量浓度为200 g/L时,对禾本科杂草化感综合效应SE达到-0.13--0.21,对阔叶杂草的SE达到-0.25-0.38,阔叶杂草比禾本科杂草敏感。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the inhibitory effect of apricot leaf extract on eight kinds of weeds.
