利用自行研制的多功能微磨损试验机,研究了软材料的微磨损问题,如Cu、Al、镁合金、45钢等,并与硬度相对较高的Ni60B涂层和TiN涂层进行对比。分析了磨痕形貌中出现的粗糙环形区域,主要讨论了磨痕测量及一系列磨损率计算的有关问题,并提出解决办法。研究结果将对软材料微磨损特性的系统研究以及在磨损工况下的选择和合理应用起到指导作用。
The micro-abrasion problems of soft materials, such as Cu, Al, Mg alloy, 45 steel and so on, were studied by using the multi-purpose micro-abrasion testing machine developed by ourselves. Compared with Ni60B coating and TiN coating with relatively high hardness. The rough annular area appearing in the wear scar morphology was analyzed. The problems about wear scar measurement and a series of wear rate calculation were discussed and the solutions were proposed. The results of this study will guide the systematic study of the micro-wear characteristics of soft materials and the selection and rational application under wear conditions.
