目的 :探讨不同热量摄入对S180 腹水癌小鼠的影响。方法 :ICR(instituteforcancerresearchmouse)小鼠 70只随机分为对照组、3.0标准饲料 (standardfeed ,SF)组、2 .0SF组、1.3SF组。其中对照组小鼠足量喂养 (约 5 g/d) ,其余 3组以对照组摄食量为标准 ,按 6 5 %比例递减 ,分别以 3.0 g/d、2 .0g/d、1.3g/d标准饲料喂养 ,并添加必要的维生素 ,使日摄入量与对照组相同。结果 :对于大部分S180 腹水癌小鼠 ,当热量摄入量为 7.14kcal/d ,空腹血糖维持在 2~ 3mmol/L水平时 ,能明显延长其生存期、提高生存质量。结论 :适度减少热量摄入、维持较低血糖水平有助于延长S180 腹水癌小鼠的生存期
Objective: To investigate the effects of different caloric intake on S180 ascites carcinoma in mice. Methods: Seventy ICR (Institute for Cancer Research mouse) mice were randomly divided into control group, standardfeed (SF) group, 2.0SF group and 1.3SF group. The mice in the control group were fed in sufficient quantity (about 5 g / d), and the remaining 3 groups were fed with the same amount of food in the control group, with a decreasing rate of 65%. The mice were fed with 3.0 g / d, 2.0 g / d, 1.3 g / d standard feed, and add the necessary vitamins, the daily intake of the same as the control group. Results: For the majority of S180 ascites carcinoma mice, when the caloric intake was 7.14 kcal / d and the fasting blood glucose was maintained at 2 ~ 3 mmol / L level, it could prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life. Conclusion: Moderate reduction in caloric intake and maintenance of lower blood glucose levels can prolong the survival of S180 ascites carcinoma in mice
