旅游业作为劳动密集的服务性产业,所提供的产品是非物质性的服务,因此,“人”在旅游业中具有至关重要的作用。旅游业入世定将逐步与世界相接轨,旅行社业的经营环境也会随之发生极大改变。现阶段在我国境内,外国所设立的旅行社还停留在办事处阶段,各国都在观望中国旅游市场的发展,等待合适时机进入。外国旅行社正式进入中国时,最激烈的竞争要素必然是人才。而目前哈市旅行社在人力资源的配置、培养以及经营理念等各方面,完全不能适应形势发展需要。为进一步增强旅行社及旅游业竞争实力,加强旅行社人力资源管理已成为亟待解决的问题。
As a labor-intensive service industry, tourism provides products that are non-material services. Therefore, “people” play a crucial role in the tourism industry. Tourism will be gradually joined with the world accession to the WTO, the travel industry business environment will also have undergone great changes. At this stage in our country, the travel agencies set up by foreign countries still remain in the office stage. All countries are watching the development of China’s tourism market and are waiting for the right time to enter. When foreign travel agencies officially enter China, the most intense competitive factor must be talent. At present, Harbin City Travel Agency in human resources allocation, training and business philosophy and other aspects, can not adapt to the situation of development needs. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of travel agencies and tourism, it is an urgent issue to strengthen human resources management in travel agencies.
