全面质量管理所用的PDCA循环在许多领域得到广泛应用,是一种成功的质量管理方法。本文介绍了PDCA循环工作方法的内涵和特点;对PDCA循环工作方法在高职班级管理过程中的运用进行了研究,将PDCA循环的工作方法与班级管理的计划、执行、检查、处置等有机结合,形成闭合型质量管理链,分析了PDCA循环工作方法在班级管理所取得的实际效果。
The PDCA cycle used for total quality management is widely used in many fields and is a successful method of quality management. This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of the working method of PDCA cycle. It also studies the application of the PDCA cycle working method in the course management of higher vocational schools.
