四川大学华西医院成功开展西南地区首例经脐单孔膀胱癌根治性切除术

近日,四川大学华西医院泌尿外科成功完成西南地区首例经脐单孔膀胱癌根治性切除术。随着器械的优化与改良,微创腔镜技术进一步发展,单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)应运而生。由于单孔通道的特殊性,手术较标准腹腔镜手术更为复杂,学习曲线更长,需要较为熟练的腹腔镜手术基础才能开展。2014年5月,1例68岁的男性患者因血尿到四川大学华西医院泌尿外科就诊,经检查确诊为膀胱癌。朱育春医师带领的团队决定应用创新性手术方法,为其进行经脐“单孔”腹腔镜下膀胱全切+回肠代膀胱术。手术仅在肚 Recently, Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University Department of Urology successfully completed the first case of Southwest China’s first single-hole transurethral resection of bladder cancer. With the optimization and improvement of instruments, micro-invasive endoscopic technique has further developed, single-hole laparoscopic surgery (LESS) came into being.
