目的:研究中药补肾助孕汤对人子宫内膜基质细胞体外培养影响。方法:将中药方剂补肾助孕汤制成培养基,体外培养子宫内膜基质细胞,观察其成长状况及白血病抑制因子(leukaemia inhibitory factor,LIF)、表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowth factor,EGF)、降钙素(calcitionin,CT)的表达。结果:与对照组相比,补肾助孕汤可以促进子宫内膜细胞在体外增殖,免疫组化显示LIF(192.903 1±14.534 2 vs 183.156 8±9.189 1,P<0.001,t=5.35)、EGF(196.479 8±2.907 1 vs 184.506 4±3.733 5,P<0.001,t=26.1)、CT(183.185 6±8.422 7 vs 176.418 4±0.448 0,P<0.005,t=7.45)因子在子宫内膜基质细胞的表达相对于对照组增强。结论:中药方剂补肾助孕汤可以促进子宫内膜细胞在体外增殖,增强LIF、EGF、CT等因子的表达。 Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Zhuyun Decoction on the culture of human endometrial stromal cells in vitro.
