日前,研究发现:中年人要想健康长寿,应保持一定量的运动强度,即要适度流汗,同时,还要持之以恒。大量的活动能增加血管弹性、消耗过多脂肪,减少发生心血管疾病的可能性。许多形式的体育运动都能增强人的心理健康,减轻精神压力,改善胃肠道功能和促进新陈代谢,从而使高血压、糖尿病和结肠癌等疾病的发生率大大降低。
