Every new film by Mikhail Rohm always carries traces of his blazing and passionate personality that make him extremely sensitive to the most pressing problems in the art and in society. In this respect, the artist violated his wish, perhaps only once. In a time of drastic curtailment of film production, he took a step on the subject of the election and paid tribute to military biographical cinema. It must be fair to say that he paid the tax in full value. But this is actually not a voluntary donation, but a “pay tribute who” last resort payment. Now, however, Roma has produced a new film, which he produced with his freely chosen theme in collaboration with filmmaker E Gebreiroovich and photographer Б Walcock. (This is a proven collaboration.) What fascinates the audience in this film? Is that lofty idea? Is the significance of the theme? Is it a high quality filming?
