城管对小商小贩的暴力执法,城管的强拆事件,在社会上屡见不鲜,政府也越来越重视这个问题,对待基层执法的城管,怎么能做到既让城管为政府排忧解难的同时也能更好地服务民众,这将是我研究的内容。本文先简要介绍了暴力执法的基本内涵,暴力执法的危害,暴力执法的原因及给出了对策,希望能够提高城管的服务水平、服务意识,加快我国和谐社会的建设进程。
