针对我国1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢波纹管的问题,提出了提高波纹管成品率的途径,使成品率稳定提高到80%以上。研究结果表明,材料成分、夹杂、酸洗及组织不均匀是影响成品率的主要因素,适当控制材料成分和波纹管加工工艺可显著提高波纹管液压成型的成品率。
Aiming at the problem of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel corrugated pipe in our country, the way to improve the yield of corrugated pipe is put forward, and the yield of finished product is steadily increased to more than 80%. The results show that the material composition, inclusions, pickling and uneven microstructure are the main factors that affect the yield of finished product. Appropriate control of the material composition and the processing of the corrugated pipe can significantly improve the yield of the corrugated pipe by hydroforming.
