培训是提高校长专业能力和业务水平、开发校长人力资源的主要途径之一。我国历来十分重视校长培训工作 ,但研究表明校长培训的有效性并不乐观。通过阐释培训和培训有效性的概念 ,借助国内已有研究来说明我国校长培训有效性存在的问题 ,进而分析影响校长培训有效性的因素 ,并提出相应的改进措施
Training is one of the main ways to improve principals ’professional ability and professional skills and to develop principals’ human resources. Our country always attaches great importance to the principal’s training work, but the research shows that the effectiveness of the principal’s training is not optimistic. By explaining the concept of training and effectiveness of training, with the help of the existing domestic research to illustrate the problems existing in the effectiveness of training principals in our country, and then analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of training of principals, and propose corresponding improvement measures
