Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a herpesvirus with tumorigenic potential and is associated with the development of various malignancies. Latent membrane protein-1 (LMP1) encoded by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), as its major oncogenic protein, regulates and controls the growth, proliferation, differentiation, migration and apoptosis of cells through multiple signaling pathways in cells Death, and thus play an important role in carcinogenesis and development. This article mainly elaborates on the structure, biological function, mediated signaling pathways and their relationship with tumor in LMP1.
