以六味地黄丸、杞菊地黄丸、香砂养胃丸和逍遥丸4种中药渣为研究对象,利用马弗炉在两个温度下成灰,测定不同温度下的灰熔点,并对灰样进行X射线荧光和衍射分析,研究4种中药渣的结渣特性。结果表明:4种中药渣在两个成灰温度下的灰软化温度均高于1194℃;600℃时灰中碱金属含量比815℃时高,碱金属主要以硫酸盐、盐酸盐、氧化物的形式存在,碱金属与Si、Al生成低熔点共晶体会显著降低灰熔点;4种中药渣结渣倾向均为严重。
Four Chinese medicinal residues, namely Liuweidihuang Pill, Qijudihuang Pill, Xiangshayangwei Pill and Xiaoyao Pill, were used as the research object, the ashes were melted at two temperatures using a muffle furnace, and the ash melting points at different temperatures were measured. Ray fluorescence and diffraction analysis, the study of 4 kinds of Chinese medicine slag slagging characteristics. The results showed that the ash softening temperature of four kinds of Chinese medicine residues at two ash forming temperatures were higher than 1194 ℃. The content of alkali metals in ash at 600 ℃ was higher than that at 815 ℃. The alkali metals were mainly sulphate, hydrochloride, In the form of matter, the formation of low melting point eutectics with alkali metals and Si, Al will significantly reduce the ash melting point; 4 kinds of Chinese medicine slag slagging tendency are serious.
