该文介绍了利用落锤液压动标装置实现准动态校准的方法 ,用 980 4批铜球准动态校准的数据 ,通过量纲分析和回归分析 ,建立了铜球准动态校准的经验模型。该方法避开了缺乏高压下液压油的准确物性数据的困难 ,所得公式物理意义明确 ,可用来预报压力脉冲的峰值和脉宽之大小。文中用不同批次铜球准动态校准的计算结果与实测值进行了比较 ,证明了该模型之可靠性及实用性。
This paper introduces a quasi - dynamic calibration method using a drop - hammer hydraulic superscript device. By using 980 4 batch copper ball quasi - dynamic calibration data, an empirical model of copper ball quasi - dynamic calibration is established by dimension analysis and regression analysis. The method avoids the difficulty of lacking the accurate physical property data of the hydraulic oil under high pressure. The formula of the formula has clear physical meaning and can be used to predict the peak value and the pulse width of the pressure pulse. In this paper, the calculation results of quasi-dynamic calibration of copper balls with different batches are compared with the measured values, which proves the reliability and practicability of the model.
