现今科学技术以及互联网技术的快速发展,造成互联网在现今的社会上得到了广泛的应用。另外,互联网+的提出,也带给计算机软件技术新的发展思路,同时,也导致各种法律问题层出不穷。在这一过程中,计算机软件保护的形式也更加多样,最常见的就是著作权保护法以及专利保护法。本文主要对计算机软件实现法律保护的方式进行分析,以期计算机软件安全得到保障。
With the rapid development of science and technology and Internet technology, the Internet has been widely used in today’s society. In addition, the proposal of Internet + also brings new ideas for the development of computer software technology. At the same time, it also leads to an endless stream of legal issues. In this process, computer software protection is also more diverse forms, the most common is the copyright protection and patent protection laws.
