在所有跑类竞赛中,途中跑的段落最长,因此它对运动成绩起着主导作用。目前对途中跑的技术分析较多,从重心的高低来讲有低重心大幅度;高重心快频率;还有介于两者之间的重心高度。这些多种多样的技术风格的形成,除了先天的生理条件之外,就是后天的训练,而训练的努力方向应该是低重心、大幅度、快频率的跑法。但是对初学者来讲都不同程度地 存在着差距。对此,我们用解剖学、生物力学的方 法,对重心与速度的关系、重心高度与身体形态的关 系,以及高水平、低水平学生重心的高低进行技术分 析。
