基于单个供应商和零售商组成的供应链系统,将商务信用引入到供应链协调中来,通过模型的比较,证实商务信用合同可以使供应链实现帕累托改善,从而实现供应链协调;解释了商业实践中供应商出于营销动机鼓励零售商大批量购买而为其提供的交易信用,可以对交易双方都产生激励作用,并具有一定的灵活性,得出了商务信用合同参数的设置方法,确定了合同参数的合理范围,对合同的效率进行了分析.为了避免合作失败的风险,讨论了对供应链利益进行分配的三种协调策略,最后通过算例对合同模型进行了测度.研究的成果为供应链合同设计提供了借鉴依据.
Based on the supply chain system consisting of a single supplier and a retailer, business credit is introduced into the supply chain coordination. Through the comparison of the models, it is proved that the commercial credit contract can make the supply chain improve Pareto to achieve supply chain coordination. In commercial practice, the supplier’s credit for trading, which is motivated by the marketing motivation to encourage the retailers to buy in large quantity, can generate incentives for both parties and has certain flexibility. The method of setting the parameters of the business credit contract , Determine the reasonable range of contract parameters, and analyze the efficiency of the contract.In order to avoid the risk of cooperation failure, this paper discusses three coordination strategies for the distribution of the benefits of the supply chain, finally, the contract model is measured through a case study. The results provide a reference for the design of supply chain contracts.
