The draft Safety Regulations for the Blasting of Railway Engineering (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as “explosion gauge”), which was revised and presided over by the Second Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, has been completed for review. Compared with the draft for review, there are some major changes in the chapters and articles. There are 8 chapters and 162 articles of the explosive regulation. There are 11 articles and 163 articles in the draft for examination. The three chapters added are the responsibilities of the staff members at all levels, the detonating methods and the blind guns.
