根据职业教育的课程建设和发展的特殊性,本文分析了职业教育课程特点和中国职业教育的现状。指出在课程领导中应该让职业院校教师成为课程领导者的必要性和迫切性。最后,对如何促进职业院校教师在课程领导中领导力的提升提出了建议。
According to the particularity of curriculum construction and development of vocational education, this paper analyzes the characteristics of vocational education curriculum and the current situation of vocational education in China. It points out the necessity and urgency of making the teachers of vocational schools become the leaders of the curriculum in the leadership of the curriculum. Finally, it puts forward suggestions on how to promote the improvement of the leadership of vocational college teachers in curriculum leadership.
