自我国改革开放以来,我国的市场经济发展越来越朝气蓬勃。很多的行业都在向世界顶尖水平靠拢,为社会主义目标而奋斗。随着社会主义大改革的浪潮不断的翻涌前进,更多的企业将要改变传统的陈旧思考方式,向着创新性的思维方式转变。现代的施工建筑企业逐渐的成为了新时代社会主义建设中的领头羊。作为施工建设企业中的中流砥柱,施工建筑企业的青年员工越来越凸显其重要性,现代施工建设企业青年员工的思想教育工作则尤为关键。因为施工企业青年员工的思想道德高低与否,会直接影响到施工建设企业的自身内部发展。
