针对首钢京唐504 m2带式焙烧机台车跑偏问题,对焙烧机冷态下各部位相关数据进行了检测和分析,根据分析结果重点对头、尾部星轮和头、尾部弯轨进行了调整,并将相关的结构数据进行恢复。对焙烧机正常运行时各工艺段台车两侧温度进行了为期2个月的检测,发现温度有规律性差异。对检测数据整理分析表明,由于温度差异导致焙烧机两侧台车累计膨胀量相差14.7 mm,这也是导致台车跑偏的一个重要因素。之后,结合检修对焙烧机进行了包括热工操作在内的综合优化调整,最终解决了焙烧机台车跑偏问题。
