任何一项体育运动,包括田径运动,运动员表现出的运动能力高低都是数种因素相互作用的结果,而且每种因素都有其特定的作用。Thayer(1980)把影响运动能力的诸因素大致分为如下四种:①生理因素;②心理因素;③技术原因;④战术原因。本文仅就中跑运动员的生理因素加以论述,提供一些适用的信息,以改进训练计划,提高中跑运动员的运动能力。当然,就体育运动而言,促进运动能力的这四种因素并非都能对某一特定的运动项目或者说专项运动,起着举足轻重的作用。举例来说,在田径运动项目中,撑杆跳高运动员获胜的主要因素与优秀的10000米跑运动员取胜的关
Any sport, including track and field, athletes show the level of exercise are the result of the interaction of several factors, but each has its own specific role.
