在分析出钢温度和过程温降影响因素的基础上,通过采取稳定出钢时间、完善合金料烘烤制度、钢包全程加盖、提高钢包周转率及低温快铸等措施,转炉平均出钢温度已稳定控制在1 635℃以下,出钢时间为2.4 min。出钢至钢包底吹氩处理、钢包周转过程及浇铸过程钢水温降分别降低20、11.1和25.9℃;钢包内衬烘烤温度由820℃上升至1 020℃。转炉寿命达到近24 000炉,石灰等消耗大幅降低。
On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of tapping temperature and process temperature drop, the measures of stabilizing tapping time, perfecting the alloy material roasting system, ladle full capping, increasing the ladle turnover rate and casting at low temperature were adopted.
