中职、高职、职业教育本科衔接是构建现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分。这种衔接不是简单地通过培养方案、课程进行叠加来拉长培养年限,也不是将先理论后实践、先基础知识后专业知识这种学科体系下的课程进行粗放式取舍的方式来衔接,而是迫切需要通过顶层设计形成衔接体系的方法论,形成该体系的基础逻辑与运行规律。本文针对目前中职、高职、职业本科衔接中存在的多个标准、重复设课、多套体系、没有理论统领、课程边界模糊等问题,提出三个转化和五个步骤的方法论,并以销售专业的教学标准设计为例呈现其不同教育等级之间衔接的方法和步骤,从而构建职业教育统一的教学标准体系,为构建职业教育体系提供理论基础和教学框架。
Secondary vocational education, vocational education, undergraduate convergence is an important part of building a modern vocational education system.
