目的开展新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症 (CH )筛查 ,降低残疾儿童的发生率 ,提高我国人口素质。方法应用先进的时间分辨荧光免疫法 TRFIA检测新生儿促甲状腺素的浓度筛查 CH。结果筛查新生儿 CH315 472名 ,确诊 6 6例 ,筛查阳性率为 1/4 780。结论应用 TRFIA筛查 CH,是理想的非放射性免疫分析法。接受国际和国内新生儿筛查实验室质量监控 ,是对大批量筛查标本质量的有效保证。选用该法筛查 CH能逐渐适宜于我国经济实力不断发展的国情。
Objective To carry out neonatal congenital hypothyroidism (CH) screening, reduce the incidence of disabled children and improve our population quality. Methods The advanced time - resolved fluorescence immunoassay TRFIA was used to screen the concentration of thyrotropin in neonates. Results A total of 472 newborns were screened for CH 3, of which 6 6 were diagnosed. The screening positive rate was 1/4 780. Conclusion TRFIA screening of CH, is an ideal non-radioactive immunoassay. Accept quality control of international and domestic neonatal screening laboratories, is an effective guarantee for the quality of large-scale screening specimens. The use of this method to screen CH can gradually adapt to the continuous development of China’s national economy.
