尿酸(UA)是嘌呤代谢的终产物,UA增高是嘌呤代谢紊乱所致痛风的直接原因,嘌呤代谢紊乱能量代谢异常及肾脏对尿酸的排泄障碍均可引起血清尿酸浓度升高(高尿酸血症)或降低(低尿酸血症)因此在肾脏早期病变有重要的临床价值。
Uric acid (UA) is the end product of purine metabolism. Increased UA is the direct cause of gout caused by purine metabolism disorder. Abnormal energy metabolism of purine metabolism and renal excretion of uric acid can all increase serum uric acid concentration (hyperuricemia ) or lowering (hypouricemia) therefore has important clinical value in the early stages of kidney disease.
