目的分析小水囊与缩宫素引产对足月妊娠孕妇Bishop评分(宫颈成熟度评分)及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2015年6月-2017年2月该院收治的200例足月妊娠需行引产的孕妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组孕妇采用缩宫素药物引产,观察组孕妇采用小水囊联合缩宫素引产,观察并记录两组孕妇一般情况(包括年龄、孕周以及学历),引产前后Bishop评分、VAS疼痛评分(视觉模拟评分)及分娩情况(产程、分娩方式)。结果两组孕妇一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;两组孕妇引产前后Bishop评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),引产前两组孕妇Bishop评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),引产后两组孕妇Bishop评分均有升高,但观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);引产前两组孕妇VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),引产后两组孕妇VAS评分均有升高,但观察组升高程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇第一、二、三产程明显短于对照组,阴道分娩明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论小水囊联合缩宫素引产能有效提高足月妊娠产妇宫颈成熟度及引产成功率,同时降低引产时的疼痛。
Objective To analyze the effect of small water sac and oxytocin induction on Bishop score (cervical maturity score) and pain degree of term pregnant women. Methods From June 2015 to February 2017, 200 pregnant women with full term pregnancy requiring induction of labor were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group of pregnant women using oxytocin drug induced labor, the observation group of pregnant women with small water sac combined with oxytocin induction of labor, observe and record the general situation of pregnant women (including age, gestational age and education), Bishop before and after induction of labor, VAS pain score Visual analogue scale) and childbirth (labor, delivery mode). Results There was no significant difference in the general data of pregnant women between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the Bishop scores of pregnant women before and after labor were significantly different (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Bishop scores of both groups increased after induction, but the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups P <0.05). The VAS score of both groups increased after the induction of labor, but the increase in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The first, second and third stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, Vaginal delivery was significantly higher than the control group, cesarean section rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Small water sac combined with oxytocin induction can effectively improve full-term pregnancy maternal cervical maturity and induction of labor success rate, while reducing pain during labor.
