采用原子吸收/荧光光谱法测定了新疆不同产地薰衣草中的13种微量元素含量。结果表明,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9991,加标回收率在94.0%—108.0%之间,RSD<4.78%,具有较好的准确度和精密度。并采用主成分分析和聚类分析对其特征元素进行评价。主成分分析结果表明Zn、Fe、M g、K、N a、Cu、M n、Cr和N i等9种元素是薰衣草的特征无机元素。聚类分析结果表明18个薰衣草样品可以聚类成3大类。聚类分析和主成分分析是薰衣草无机元素分析的有效方法。
The contents of 13 trace elements in lavender from different habitats in Xinjiang were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the linear relationship between the elements was good, the correlation coefficient r≥0.9991, the spiked recoveries ranged from 94.0% to 108.0%, RSD <4.78%, with good accuracy and precision. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate its characteristic elements. The principal component analysis showed that 9 kinds of elements, such as Zn, Fe, Mg, K, Na, Cu, Mn, Cr and Ni, were the characteristic inorganic elements of lavender. Cluster analysis showed that 18 samples of lavender can be clustered into three categories. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis is an effective method for inorganic element analysis of lavender.
