目的　评估可电解脱性铂金圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床疗效及应用价值。方法　用GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 8例 ,均为蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)病例 ,术前Hunt和Hess氏分级 :5例为Ⅰ级 ,2例Ⅱ级 ,1例Ⅳ级。结果　 8例栓塞全部获得成功 ,无死亡及并发症。 8例经造影证实栓塞满意 ,充填率为 95 %～ 10 0 %。本组栓塞后近期均无SAH再发作。结论　GDC栓塞治疗动脉瘤 ,是目前比较理想的治疗方法 ,但其远期疗效有待进一步随访观察 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and value of electrocatalytic platinum balloon embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Eight cases of intracranial aneurysms were treated with GDC embolization. All of them were patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Preoperative Hunt and Hess’ s grades were grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅳ. Results 8 cases of embolization were all successful without death and complications. Eight cases were confirmed by angiography embolization satisfaction, filling rate of 95% ~ 100%. The group had no recent episodes of SAH after embolization. Conclusion GDC embolization is an ideal treatment for aneurysms, but its long-term efficacy needs further follow-up
