辩证唯物主义对我国学校心理健康教育具有多方面的指导和启迪作用。唯物辨证法原理对心理健康教育的启发在于:学校心理健康教育作为一项育人活动是一个复杂的系统工程,需要多层次、全方位的参与和投入;人的心理处于不断的变化发展中,所以应坚信学生的心理素质都是可以提高的;而发展变化的根本动力在于心理内部的矛盾和冲突,心理健康教育的任务是消除心理矛盾和冲突,就应突出重点抓住关键工作。
