目的探讨中药复方乳增康对乳腺增生大鼠模型乳腺组织病理形态学影响,以此做为该复方防治乳腺增生病的病理学基础。方法肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇造模,同时各组均以灌胃方法给药,每日1次,30d后对乳腺进行病理组织学检查,并取血分离血清,行放射免疫法(RIA)测量性激素水平。结果高剂量组与低剂量组、对照组与模型组比较,腺泡数量、导管分支以及腔内分泌物明显减少,腺泡、导管管腔变小,其中高剂量组较低剂量组和对照组变化更为明显。结论中药复方乳增康能抑制乳腺增生,明显改善乳腺增生大鼠模型乳腺组织的增生状态。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Zuofangkang, a compound traditional Chinese medicine, on the pathological morphology of mammary glands in a rat model of hyperplasia of mammary glands, and to use it as a pathological basis for the prevention and treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods The intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate was performed. At the same time, each group was administered by intragastric administration.
