本文研究了由于把天线阵分布在飞机的整个机架和表皮上而引起的信噪比改善和探测距离增大。介绍了三种系统配置方式的信噪比公式,并与常规的单基地雷达进行了比较。本文中给出的例子表明,探测距离增加了三倍。分布式阵列的三个附加的潜在好处是空间信号处理能力提高、方位分辨力改善和在雷达性能不变的条件下可能降低发射机功率,以便降低被对方截获的概率。
This paper investigates the improvement of signal-noise ratio and the increase of detection range due to the antenna array being distributed over the entire frame and skin of the aircraft. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) formulas for the three system configurations are introduced and compared with the conventional single-base radar. The example given in this article shows that the detection distance has tripled. The three additional potential benefits of a distributed array are increased spatial signal processing power, improved azimuth resolution, and reduced transmitter power with unchanged radar performance in order to reduce the probability of interception by each other.
