为了提高变电站测控保护装置适应现场需求的灵活性,加快装置软件开发速度以及加强软件的开放性,介绍了基于IEC 61131-3标准的可编程功能在变电站中的实现方案、软件功能模型以及目标代码分析、执行器软件的设计方法.软件设计时采用了功能块等面向对象的现代软件技术.例举了可编程功能在备自投产品中的实现.
