目的:制备别嘌醇缓释微丸,考察其释药机制。方法:采用正交试验法进行处方筛选优化,用数学模型拟合释放曲线。结果:微晶纤维素(MCC)的用量对微丸的成球性、释药速率有显著的影响,别嘌醇缓释微丸的体外释药行为符合Higuchi方程释放模型。结论:制备别嘌醇缓释微丸具有较好的缓释效果。
Objective: To prepare allopurinol sustained-release pellets and investigate the mechanism of drug release. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to optimize the prescription, and the release curve was fitted by mathematical model. Results: The dosage of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) had a significant effect on the pelletizing and drug release rate of pellets. The in vitro release behavior of allopurinol sustained-release pellets was in accordance with the Higuchi equation release model. Conclusion: Preparation of allopurinol sustained-release pellets has a good sustained-release effect.
