上颌扩弓是临床上常用的矫治上颌牙弓狭窄、后牙反牙合、牙列拥挤的方法,但由于目前对其疗效评价的手段和方法尚未统一,难以进行相互比较。本文通过对模型测量、常规影像学测量、CT测量和化学测量等四种常用的上颌扩弓效果的测量评价方法进行比较,以期对上颌扩弓效果的测量评价方法进行探索。 Maxillary expansion is clinically used to treat maxillary dental stenosis, posterior teeth anti-occlusion, crowding crowded method, but because of its current evaluation of the means and methods have not yet been unified, it is difficult to compare with each other. In this paper, four commonly used methods of measurement and evaluation of maxillary expansion are compared, such as model measurement, routine imaging measurement, CT measurement and chemical measurement, so as to explore the measurement and evaluation method of maxillary expansion.
