就近年来关于昆虫对杀虫剂抗性的分子机制的研究进行了综述。昆虫抗药性产生的机理主要涉及到以下几个方面:①表皮穿透性的降低;②神经系统敏感性的下降;③解毒酶活性的增强;④其他因素的作用。这几个方面都可以从分子水平找到与之相关联的基因,有些基因已得到了克隆并进行了DNA的序列分析。具有抗性基因的昆虫,其行为和适应性也发生了相应的改变。抗性基因大多以不完全隐性方式遗传。
In recent years, the molecular mechanism of insect resistance to insecticides is reviewed. Insect resistance mechanism mainly involves the following aspects: ① reduce the penetration of the epidermis; ② decline in the sensitivity of the nervous system; ③ detoxification enzyme activity; ④ other factors. These aspects can be found at the molecular level associated with the gene, some genes have been cloned and subjected to DNA sequence analysis. Insects that have resistance genes have also changed their behavior and adaptability accordingly. Most of the resistance genes are inherited in an imperceptible manner.
