一、前言太钢第二炼钢厂现有50t×2氧气顶吹转炉,1985年产钢90.5×10~(4)t;其钢渣量>10×10~(4)t。钢渣中含CaO≈50%,还有Ti、Ma、Mg等有用元素,是一种宝贵资源,如何加以回收利用,一直是我公司的重要研究课题。自1971年转炉投产后,除少量钢渣用于生产无熟料水泥外,绝大部分作为废物抛弃。1975年进行了转炉渣热泼,并加工成合格粒度的熟料以代替石灰石用于高炉的试验研究,获得成功。为此,公司投资200多万元建成了热泼渣生产线。1976~1979年热泼渣
I. INTRODUCTION The existing 50t × 2 oxygen top blown converter of the second steelmaking plant of TISCO is completed. The steel produced in 1985 is 90.5 × 10 ~ (4) t; the amount of steel slag is more than 10 × 10 ~ (4) t. Steel slag containing CaO ≈ 50%, as well as Ti, Ma, Mg and other useful elements, is a valuable resource, how to be recycled, has always been my company’s important research topic. Since the converter was put into operation in 1971, most of it was discarded as waste, except a small amount of steel slag was used to produce clinkerless cement. In 1975, it carried out the heat transfer of converter slag and processed it into the qualified particle size clinker to replace the limestone for blast furnace experiment and achieved success.
