研究了消毒时间、不同激素及浓度配比对罗汉果带腋芽茎段消毒、腋芽诱导、继代培养及生根诱导的影响,从而确定在最短周期内繁殖罗汉果无菌苗的最佳组培快繁方案。结果表明,0.1%升汞最佳消毒时间为8 min,除菌率可达58%;芽诱导培养基的最佳激素组合为6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,诱导率为97.5%;继代培养基最佳激素组合为6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L+GA30.1 mg/L,增殖率为9;根诱导培养基最佳激素组合为IBA 1.0 mg/L,生根率为98%。GA3能有效促进新芽的分化、增殖和生长。
The effects of disinfection time, different hormones and concentration on the disinfection of axillary buds, induction of axillary buds, subculture and rooting induction were studied in order to determine the optimal method of tissue culture and multiplication for the germination of sterile Lo Han Guo fruit in the shortest cycle .
